More than 12,000 Washington, DC households were threatened with eviction in 2025. As the newly-enacted  rolls back certain renter protections citywide, it’s crucial to understand where in the city eviction filings are happening, why, and who is most impacted.

Please join ¹ú²úÊÓƵ and January Advisors at 11 am ET on Wednesday, April 1st for a 30-minute briefing and Q&A session on a forthcoming data analysis on DC evictions. Findings cover annual eviction trends in DC spanning pre-pandemic to today and a detailed exploration of eviction filings between June 2025 and February 2026, building on a prior ¹ú²úÊÓƵ analysis published in November 2025.
