Tara Dawson McGuinness is the founder of the New Practice Lab at ������Ƶ and teaches public problem solving at Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy. In addition, she worked in the Obama White House on communications and domestic policy.

Hana Schank is Strategy Director for Public Interest Technology at ������Ƶ and the coauthor of The Government Fix: How to Innovate in Government and The Ambition Decisions: What Women Know about Work, Family, and the Path to Building a Life. She previously served as Director of Product and UX Research, Digital Service – Department of Homeland Security.
