In March 2023, the Department of Education announced its intent to establish a rulemaking committee to revise regulations on a variety of topics, including accreditation, state authorization, return of Title four funds, and other issues. On April 24, 2023, ¹ú²úÊÓƵ's higher education team submitted highlighting priorities for the negotiations and encouraging the department to ensure that students and taxpayers are properly protected by federal regulations.
