On November 20, 2020, ¹ú²úÊÓƵ submitted to the Department of Education regarding compliance concerns with the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS). ¹ú²úÊÓƵ also with other organizations to submit a separate comment. ACICS is scheduled to come before the National Advisory Committee on Institutional Quality and Integrity (NACIQI) in February 2021 for multiple areas of non-compliance found by Department staff.
