¹ú²úÊÓƵ's PreK-12 team submitted  to the Department of Education in February 2018 on its survey of states for Teacher Quality State Grants under the Every Student Succeeds Act. The recommendations highlight the importance of the survey and suggest changes to better understand the uses of funds.
