Under the hospices of its New Models for Career Preparation project, which aims to understand how community colleges can establish high-quality non-degree workforce programs, ¹ú²úÊÓƵ's Center on Education and Labor contracted the Non-Profit Finance Fund to better understand how community colleges can finance such programs. A critical tool community colleges must use is "full cost budgeting" this technical assistance webinar was prepared for ¹ú²úÊÓƵ's New Models for Career Preparation grantees. It introduces the full cost tool and other related concepts that can help community colleges innovatively finance and plan for quality non-degree programs.
