The Impact of ISIS on the Homeland and Refugee Resettlement

On November 19, 2015, Peter Bergen testified before the Senate Committee on Homeland Security & Governmental Affairs about the threat of ISIS, just days after the terrorist attacks in Paris. Bergen argued that refugees did not pose a threat to the United States, and that most terrorism threats to the U.S. were from homegrown extremists.
