Brandon Cespedes is an experienced product design expert. He serves as a UX/UI Researcher and Designer Fellow with New York City’s Mayor’s Office for Economic Opportunity, where he develops design solutions for the My File NYC pilot program. His work helps ensure that NYC residents can easily and securely upload personal information to apply for public services. This work is a collaboration between ¹ú²úÊÓƵ and NYC Opportunity.

Brandon is drawn to UX, where he can make each iteration better than the last. He’s always ready to learn and build the right product for the user. Before this role, he was an Instructor Assistant, teaching user experience courses at General Assembly.
