Rachel Poalshenski
Intern, Political Reform
Rachel Poalshenski is an intern for the Political Reform program. She is originally from Stroudsburg, PA in the Poconos, and she is currently a rising senior at Penn State’s Schreyer Honors College. She is working towards a BA in Political Science and a BA in Global and International Studies with minors in French and Women’s Studies. This year, she will be writing her honors thesis on women in government and internal political conflict. She previously studied at the Centre de Linguistique Appliquée in Besançon, France during the summer of 2025. She hopes to attend law school after finishing undergrad.
