Updated #CryptoDebate Bibliography
In November 2014, ahead of OTI鈥檚 , we published a detailed bibliography of relevant articles, analyses and op-eds on the recent 鈥淐rypto Debate鈥 that has emerged after Apple and Google鈥檚 announcements that they intend to move to smartphone encryption by default. Today we are releasing an update of that bibliography, which covers the most recent developments in the conflict between law enforcement officials, privacy advocates, technologists, and industry experts.
This is not a comprehensive list of every article that has been published, but rather attempts to catalogue the key developments and arguments made in this debate. The document is a work in progress, so if you know of something relevant that we missed in the bibliography, please email it to wilson@opentechinstitute.org.
