Molly G. Martin is the Senior Strategist (Executive Office) at ¹ú²úÊÓƵ, working closely with the President, CEO, COO, and Vice Presidents to identify, shape, measure, and implement strategic opportunities for the organization.

In 2022, Martin served as the Director of Strategy at the organization. In 2017-2021, Martin was the Director of ¹ú²úÊÓƵ Indianapolis, where she worked with local communities across the Rust Belt on issues of racial and economic equity.

Prior to joining ¹ú²úÊÓƵ, Martin spent 10 years at Lumina Foundation, focused on organizational learning; effective philanthropic practice; and higher education policy. Martin is also an award-winning freelance writer; worked at Butler University and Indiana University; and directed marketing for a health care startup.
