Steven Hill is a former fellow at ¹ú²úÊÓƵ during the years 2004-2006 and 2014-2016. He was the founder and director of ¹ú²úÊÓƵ’s political reform program from 2006-10. He is a political writer, lecturer and researcher whose articles, opeds and media interviews have appeared in the New York Times, Washington Post, the Atlantic, Financial Times, Wall Street Journal, BBC, NPR, C-SPAN, Bloomberg, Fox News, Democracy Now, PBS, Guardian, the Nation, Die Zeit, Le Monde, Project Syndicate, Vima (Greece), Gazeta Wyborcza (Poland), Lidové Noviny (Czech Republic), Der Standard (Austria), Today’s Zaman (Turkey), Mother Jones, Salon, Slate, Politico, and many others.

As a ¹ú²úÊÓƵ fellow, Hill’s books of political nonfiction included Raw Deal: How the "Uber Economy" and Runaway Capitalism are Screwing American Workers, 10 Steps to Repair American Democracy, and Expand Social Security Now: How to Ensure Americans Get the Retirement They Deserve.
